If you are a fan of the NFL, you might be well aware of the scandalous investigation surrounding the Washington Commanders. The Commanders are under investigation for the actions of one man, their owner Dan Snyder. Now, Roger Goodell, too, has joined in, as the commissioner of the NFL laid out his thoughts on Snyder’s latest doings.

Among a bevy of other rumors, Snyder was accused of harassing an employee of the team. Snyder has refuted the allegations from day one. But if he were to be innocent, he doesn’t seem to be interested in proving his innocence.

When asked about the possibility of penalizing Snyder, Goodell was non-committal. He stated that it is ultimately up to attorney White to determine whom she talks to. The league will “allow her to do her job” before making any decisions about potential penalties for Dan Snyder. But it’s clear that fans aren’t going to stand behind Goodell and the NFL’s lack of action.

Fans continue to criticize Goodell for his inaction against Snyder. Especially as the league was amongst the first to receive criticism for lack of internal action against the Commanders and Snyder when the allegations first arose.
