It is hard to imagine a world where the GOAT Tom Brady would have a tied record with another player. But, to the surprise of many, it is true. The 7x Super Bowl champion is tied with the former 49ers QB, Colin Kaepernick in one thing. Of course, Kaepernick is not a part of the league now, but his performances were not short of spectacular.
It is hard to compare a future Hall of Famer and Colin Kaepernick since the latter has not even won a Super Bowl. However, this wildly unpopular record is shared by them, and who knows if anyone will ever break it.

Keeping their on-field rivalry aside, TB12 has always admired Colin Kaepernick. Brady said, “I’ve always watched him and admired him, the way that he’s played he was a great young quarterback. He came to our stadium and beat us and took his team to the Super Bowl. He accomplished a lot in the pros as a player. And he’s certainly qualified, and I hope he gets a shot.”

Going head-to-head, Brady is 2-1 in his career against the 49ers, while he was the QB for the New England Patriots. The most memorable game was in 2012 when Brady’s team lost 41-34 to Colin Kaepernick’s 49ers.
What is the unpopular record Tom Brady and Kaepernick are tied for?
The 44-year-old and Colin are tied for the least interception percentage in their career. Both QBs have an interception percentage of 1.8%. 1,500 passing attempts were the threshold to qualify for this record, and both professionals are clearly past this number.

While the record witnesses some great names, seeing Brady and Kaepernick tied at the fifth position is quite surprising for their fans. Aaron Rodgers tops the list with 1.3% and Patrick Mahomes with 1.6% is in second place.

The list includes other legendary quarterbacks for their respective franchises. However, this tied record will need some work to break if Kaepernick returns to the NFL, which seems unlikely at this point.
