Jones told NBC Sports’ Peter King that he could sell the Cowboys, who ranks at the top of Forbes’ list of the most valuable sports franchises, for more than $10 billion. Even Shannon Sharpe keeps his position over Jerry Jones’ statement. He mentions, “Nobody thinks Jerry would ever sell the Cowboys because Jerry Jones is tied to the Cowboys. However, the tides can have a major turn this time. The Cowboys reached the #1 spot in the NFC Eastern Conference in the 2021 playoffs with dominance.

The 2022 Draft looks very promising for the Cowboys this year as they select 9 players. They have focused every pick this year on positions in dire need of help, forming a relatively young strength around Dak Prescott this time. Be it OL Tyler Smith, WR Jalen Tolbert, or Edge Rusher Sam Williams. While their development might take some time, the franchise is ready to pull off a Super Bowl-worthy campaign this year.
