It’s been a topsy-turvy debut season for Kevin Stefanski as head coach of the Cleveland Browns. Odell Beckham Jr. and his teammates started off their campaign with a humbling loss to Baltimore Ravens. However, they’d done well over the last couple of weeks.
They started Week 8 with a 5-2 record. However, they were once again condemned to a sour-tasting defeat at the hands of Derek Carr and the Las Vegas Raiders today. The home team suffered a 6-16 loss at the FirstEnergy Stadium. If that weren’t bad enough, there are reports emerging from within the NFL fraternity that superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. could be on his way out of Cleveland.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport appeared on NFL Network earlier today. He revealed some interesting news regarding the long-term future of wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in Cleveland.
He said, “Cleveland Browns play the Raiders today, their first game without Odell Beckham Jr, is out for the season with a torn ACL. My understanding is that there’s a very real possibility that he has played his final game with the Cleveland Browns.”

“Based on his contract, they cannot cut him, if they did wanna move on, he’s got $12 million dollars that is going to be fully guaranteed right around the start of the league year when he is not yet healthy enough to be moved….if they did wanna trade him, it’ll probably be around the spring or the summer.”

“Now Rich, Beckham has never really fully embraced Cleveland, never had a good rapport with Baker Mayfield, and as we saw last week, they may be playing better without him,” Rapoport said earlier today.
