The seasoned HC, reserved for praises used to share a distant relationship with the legend. However, he took great pride in Brady’s 100,000 passing yards record. “Nobody deserves it more than he does. He’s worked extremely hard and is just very good at what he does,” Belichick said. The 70-year-old HC praised Brady’s longevity, accuracy, and consistency for topping his A game.

Tom Brady still watches the Patriots’ game

Despite following an on-off relationship with the Patriots HC, TB12 maintained Belichick is a great competitor. The future HOF-er wished the best for his former coach. “What an amazing coach he is, and how he prepares the team to win, and he’s just done it year in and year out,” he said. Notably, the legend seems to have moved on from past issues and acknowledged the coach and his approach.

The GOAT also spoke about an upcoming record. “The fact that he’s 22 wins away from passing Don Shula. I have no doubt he’s gonna get it,” the GOAT said. While speaking at the weekly SiriusXM show, “Let’s Go!” Brady admitted he follows his former team, the Patriots, every week.

The master tactician and the legendary student

Tom Brady and Bill Belichick’s player/coach relationship ended following the 2020 season. There is still a raging debate about how they spent their time together. There were many rumors. However, Brady opined the duo shares a sporting relationship.

Earlier, there were questions about how Belichick treated Brady, but the duo had played their games to perfection for the Patriots. It was great while it lasted. However, their teams are not firing in the new season. The duo would aim at a revival of sorts and march forward.
