Tom Brady adds another venture to his entrepreneurial portfolio. After retiring from the NFL back in February, the NFL GOAT has been making various investments in different sports. He is also set to become the minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders as a part of his entrepreneurial journey. And it looks like there is no stopping the 7X Super Bowl champion in his quest to etch his name into the world of sports. 

As a part of his entrepreneurial quest, Tom Brady recently announced his introduction into the world of all-electric race boat competition. And recently, the most influential woman in the world of boating opened up about her collaboration with the NFL GOAT, setting the standard high for the debut season of the E1 world championship.

Sophie Horne opens up about her collaboration with Tom Brady

Sophie Horne is a woman who needs no introduction to the world of boating. The Norwegian-born designer is setting the standards and pushing the boundaries of electric boating.  She is also the founder of SeaBird Technologies and is also the head designer of the E1 race boat RaceBird. And recently, she opened up about her experience collaborating with Tom Brady for the inaugural season of the E1 Championship.

A recent behind-the-scenes video posted by the E1 series sees Sophie Horne talk about how it feels “humble’” that Brady is showing excitement for his new entrepreneurial project. She said, “It’s inspiring for me to drive you know, the next projects and keep on pushing.” Brady then talks about how he needs to take the competition to “another level’, as the bar is set really high for the E1 Championship.

The comments by Horne come days after Brady took to Instagram to announce his participation as a team owner in the electric race boat competition.

Brady is looking to add another success feather to his cap

E1 series co-founder Alejandro Agag stated that the objective of the competition “is to be able to decarbonize lakes, rivers, and eventually the ocean. And Tom Brady took to Instagram to talk about his excitement about being a part of this new competition. He talked about how throughout his NFL career, he’s always been “synonymous with Speed’, and how it’s an honor going head-to-head with other great athletes who have also invested in the debut season of the E1 Championship. Soccer legend Didier Drogba, and even Tennis great Rafael Nadal are involved, which will definitely boost the viewership of season 1 of the E1 championships.
