Seahawks QB Geno Smith Makes Big Promise on Signing the Contract He Waited 10 Years For

Smith’s career revival may have propelled the franchise to believe that he could lead them in the future. And after signing a three-year deal, the general assumption was that the franchise wouldn’t use their draft pick on another quarterback. But now, fans are being led to believe that the Seahawks may be interested in attempting to acquire a QB who could potentially lead the team in the future. Here’s how the NFL world reacted to the pictures that were posted online.

The Seahawks may be looking for a franchise QB

Considering the fact that Geno Smith could potentially be a bridge quarterback for the Seahawks, their interest in acquiring a young star has caught fans’ attention. However, the NFL world doesn’t seem to think that the franchise can land either Young or Stroud.

These fans echoed each other’s thoughts by saying, “They not getting either 💀,” “they act like they’re getting either,” “Seattle ain’t getting either of them lol,” “Too bad yall getting none of them”

This user quipped, “Geno punching his contract rn”

Another fan exclaimed, “they want teams to trade up so bad 😂”

One optimistic fan said, “Hopefully we get Bryce young”

This fan remarked, “Why is he even wasting his time there 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ there not drafting him, talk about a waste of time and money 😂”

Although it seems like a long shot, interest in Young or Stroud will cement the fact that the Seahawks are looking for a franchise quarterback who is not Geno Smith. After proving that they’re no longer outliers in the last season, the team may be on a quest to lay the foundation and once again establish themselves as title contenders.
