Odell Beckham Jr Health Update: Terrific News for Los Angeles Rams Fans

December, 13 was a terrible day for the NFL. The league experienced its worst COVID-19 outbreaks of all time. Many players, coaches, and staff tested positive. One victim of the outbreak was the Los Angeles Rams star wide receiver, Odell Beckham Jr. But we know the story of OBJ. Just like his performance mid-season, he came back stronger than before. 

Nothing can stop Odell Beckham Jr

Earlier this week, it seemed like Odell Beckham Jr was on his way to the injury reserves and the COVID-19 list. The Rams could be in deep trouble if that is the case. Their Week 15 game against the Seattle Seahawks is postponed from Sunday to Tuesday by the NFL. The match will now be played in the SoFi Stadium on December 21.

After being tested positive on Monday, Beckham needs two negative test results if he wants to get back to the game. Good news came to the Rams fans through OBJ’s Twitter. The wide receiver tweeted “Negative.”

The players who have tested positive before must test negative twice in 24 hours. Only after these results will they be allowed to play. It is still unclear how many tests did Beckham clear. The Rams still have not removed him from the COVID-19 reserve yet. But we hope they will clear Odell Beckham Jr to return to the field and possibly score touchdowns. 

We also hope that we get to see more crazy OBJ celebrations on Tuesday. The chances of Beckham playing on Tuesday are looking high as if now. The postponed game gives the Rams two more days to clear the COVID-19 protocols. Currently, the Rams have 29 players on the COVID-19 reserve list. They desperately need Odell Beckham Jr.

The Rams season so far

So far, the Los Angeles Rams have had a terrific season as they have won nine of their thirteen games played. The Rams stand second on the NFC West table. They are just one win shy of the number one spot. Leading the NFC West table are the Arizona Cardinals. They have a record of 10-3. The playoffs are lurking in the shadows. Every team needs to improve their game.

The season can change in a heartbeat at this point. With 29 players on the COVID-19 reserve list, the Rams’ future seems to be in jeopardy. Odell Beckham Jr can be the savior of the Rams.
