Odell Beckham Jr. Trade Update: Four Franchises Battle for WR With Injury Layoff Almost at an End

Odell Beckham Jr. is the hottest property on the free agent market. The former Los Angeles Rams wide receiver has been vocal on social media about how he had made his interest known to the Rams.

The Rams in turn responded by saying that OBJ knew where they stood on the matter. The wide receiver may be looking for a contract the Rams may not be able to provide him at the moment.

Odell Beckham Jr.’s top contenders

NFL reporter Dov Kleiman tweeted a list of teams who have reportedly contacted the wide receiver. Kleiman says the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers, Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Rams have contacted OBJ.

He also stated that the Kansas City Chiefs had also shown interest in the wide receiver before they acquired wide receiver, Kadarius Toney.

The wide receiver has been in rehab after injuring himself. He has torn his left ACL twice.

Where is Beckham headed?

OBJ is reportedly looking for a multi-year, lucrative contract. The wide receiver has also visited the New York Giants facility. It is reported that OBJ stopped by to check on his former teammate Sterling Shepard who had also torn his ACL. Can we expect a reunion of OBJ and his former team? That cannot be confirmed yet.

Another team that could use the wide receiver’s skills are the Green Bay Packers. It is visible that Aaron Rodgers and the Packers need all the help they can get this season. They are currently at 3-5 in the league.

The Packers could use OBJ right about now, especially after former Steelers receiver Chase Claypool was traded to the Chicago Bears. The same goes for a struggling quarterback and offensive crew at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tom Brady could use some solid hands at the moment.

There is no doubt OBJ is in demand. Fans will eagerly anticipate news of the wide receiver and hope that he will be acquired by their home team.
