Sean Payton will take over as the organization’s new head coach after the Denver Broncos and the New Orleans Saints reach an agreement. NFL Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero broke the news on Tuesday that both groups have agreed to terms over the Super Bowl-winning head coach.

According to sources, the Broncos will send the Saints a first-round draft pick in 2023 and a second-round pick in 2024. It would be in exchange for the right to recruit Payton, who remains under contract with New Orleans. In addition, the Broncos will receive a third-round pick in 2024.
