It was believed that TB12’s marriage was going down the pipes prior to the season. Reports of Gisele Bundchen being unhappy with Brady soon took over the Internet, but people might have messed up the exact manner in which events happened.

Just 10 months back, Gisele Bundchen did a segment with British Vogue. Throughout the video, Bundchen was giving fans access to some of the most important things in her bag, and one of those happened to be a picture of her family. Bundchen showed the picture to the camera, as a happy Brady family posed together.

At the time, Bundchen appeared to be appreciative of Tom Brady and thankful for her beautiful kids. While Bundchen’s commitment to her children still holds strong, the same cannot be said for her relationship with Brady.

Thus, it is safe to conclude that the Brady- Bundchen dynamic hit rock bottom sometime in the next 100 days. The video was released in July, and the couple went their separate ways in October. So what exactly transpired within these three months? Both Brady and Bundchen have tactically avoided answering such questions, but then again rumormongers are lurking around the corner.

Separating Truth from Fiction

It was reported that Gisele Bundchen was not elated at Tom Brady’s return to the NFL. Shortly after Brady’s decision to un-retire and rejoin the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, speculations of Bundchen dishing out an ultimatum were doing the rounds.

According to many reports, Bundchen wanted the legendary quarterback to choose between his family and his love of the game. However since then, Bundchen has denied these rumors, “Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever, If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me. I want him to achieve and conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart,”

She went on to tag these claims as “very hurtful”. 

Amidst Gisele Bundchen speaking out her truth, Brady has remained tight-lipped as ever. The NFL GOAT did disclose the admiration he still has for Gisele Bundchen, but neither seems to be in a hurry to share the full picture with the world.
