Owner Aaron Rodgers Vehemently Reacts to Milwaukee Bucks Gaining an Edge Over Boston Celtics in the Conference Semifinals

Aaron Rodgers has an appropriate reason to be delighted. The reason, however, isn’t related to pro football or the NFL. The 3-time MVP showcased great zeal for the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks, who made a heroic comeback on the grounds of the Boston Celtics after the crushing loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

Aaron Rodgers has been an integral part of the NFL’s 2022 offseason drama. He didn’t just hold the breaths of the Green Bay Packers. He also has the NFL fans puzzled, as they were eager to know about his NFL future. As of now, Rodgers is running it back with the Bay, as he assures a few more years in the Packers.

The Bucks were nearly unstoppable from both sides of the court in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Knockouts series. Milwaukee against the Boston Celtics came down to the last minute. Giannis Antetokounmpo hit a spring-loaded 3-pointer in the remaining two minutes of play with blood streaming down his cheek. After the Bucks took a 3-point lead attributed to two Pat Connaughton, Jrue Holiday came up big again. He strips the ball from Marcus Smart and caulks the victory. It was a mega win for Milwaukee, and a great way to make a comeback.

Aaron Rodgers went all gaga over the comeback win for the Bucks. Following the Game-5 win, the quarterback took to the internet, articulating his glee on Twitter.

Rodgers reacting to Milwaukee’s win isn’t very surprising. He is the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, and he might be bound to attend any Wisconsin-related or home games in the state. However, that’s not just it.

Aaron Rodgers has a stake in Milwaukee Bucks

Aaron Rodgers became a minority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks in 2018 after purchasing a one percent ownership stake. He is the only engaged NFL player with an NBA team equity stake.

This was the principal motivation Aaron Rodgers was sitting along with Randall Cobb and Bucks Heiress Mallory Edens at Game-2 of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, seen between Milwaukee Bucks and the Chicago Bulls at Wisconsin. However, the Bucks lost that game.

Although, Rodgers’ asset in the Bucks has definitely paid off. Indeed, he hasn’t been able to offer the Packers any notable championships. The Bucks have won the Eastern Conference Finals in two out of the three seasons after he became a part-owner. The franchise also won the NBA Finals the year before.

Fans can expect to see Rodgers in Game-6 since it is a big occasion for him as well as the Bucks, who will now compete for a spot in the playoffs in the Week-6 play.
