The Kansas City Chiefs’ tremendous run continues. The Patrick Mahomes-led side made their way past the Chargers in a closely fought game that ended 30-27 for the Kansas outfit. Mahomes was, as usual, the star of the show, but the MVP candidate was all praises for his teammate that helped him flourish.

Patrick Mahomes combined with his tight end, Travis Kelce, for a total of three touchdowns. The only three that came for the Chiefs. The tight end-quarterback duo has been dynamic all season and seems to be getting along very well. Mahomes took to the podium after their game and was raving about his teammate.

In his interview, Mahomes called Travis Kelce, the greatest tight end to play the game. While there is clear teammate bias behind the statement, Kelce has been consistently putting up the numbers to back this statement, too. He definitely is one of the best. With the way the two are flourishing with each other, being the best ever might not be too far a reach either. 

 Mahomes was all praises for what Kelce brings to the table. “He just competes. At the end of the day, he’s gonna keep fighting till the very end. When u see that it not only is impressive for him, but it also gets the other guys going” He was most impressed by the leadership qualities of his tight end.
