Unfortunately, Jackson Mahomes has found himself in the negative limelight yet again. But this time, it is a tough battle for the Mahomes family.

Jackson Mahomes accused of assault by the server and owner of a restaurant

According to an article by the Kansas City Star, Jackson Mahomes is now accused of assaulting the owner as well as the server of the Overland Park restaurant last weekend. In what is considered separate incidents, the younger brother of the Chiefs QB has shoved a 19-year-old server several times. Not only this, but they also accused him of forcibly kissing the 40-year-old owner of the Aspens restaurant and lounge as well. 

Police are now investigating this matter. The accusations placed on Jackson Mahomes are serious this time. There is also video evidence provided by the owner, which shows Jackson forcibly grabbing and kissing her. Owner Aspen Vaughn said, “He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere. And I’m telling him, pushing him off saying ‘what are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see it on the cameras that somebody was outside the office doors and I was yelling for them to come help because he was big and massive.”
