The early bird gets the worm. The idiom held as tickets for the Dolphins-Chiefs clash sold out rapidly, showcasing the massive fan following of Patrick Mahomes. Every year, NFL takes the journey to different countries, and this time, it’s time for Germany. Previously, it was announced that the tickets would go on sale this week, and the outcome has been nothing short of surreal.

American football has been steadily gaining traction in Europe over the past decade, and the Kansas City Chiefs’ recent victory over the Philadelphia Eagles has only intensified the excitement and thrill surrounding the upcoming matches. With their previous Super Bowl victory and continuous media coverage, Patrick Mahomes and his team have captured the attention of fans worldwide. Sold out in 15 minutes!

The highly anticipated Miami Dolphins-Kansas City Chiefs game scheduled for November 5 in Frankfurt sent shockwaves through the European fan base as all tickets were sold out within 15 minutes (by 12:15) of going on sale at noon. This rapid sell-out highlights the remarkable fan support for the Chiefs, particularly their star quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Unfortunately, those who missed out on tickets took to social media to express their frustration with the ticketing process. Many reported encountering long virtual queues, with some even receiving messages from Ticketmaster indicating that over 1 million people were ahead of them in line.

The scarcity of tickets has raised concerns about the resale market, with Ticketmaster’s official resale set to begin on July 12. Given the overwhelming demand, it is expected that the tickets may reach extraordinarily high prices. This echoes last year’s Seahawks-Buccaneers game, which saw a packed stadium filled with enthusiastic German fans, albeit with the drawback of expensive ticket prices. The booking process itself proved to be slightly complicated, as previously mentioned, and fans were forewarned about the potential speed of ticket sales due to the immense popularity of Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

All about the match and ticket updates!

The game at Deutsche Bank Park, where the Miami Dolphins-City Chiefs clash will take place, offers seven categories of seat locations, with ticket prices ranging from approximately $82 to $245. It’s worth noting that some seat locations offer half-price tickets for children under the age of 16, making it a family-friendly event. However, purchasing tickets is not as simple as visiting the Chiefs’ website. To buy tickets, fans must have first registered with the NFL.

However, registering does not guarantee the chance to purchase tickets due to the high demand. The NFL has stated that a limited number of Ambulant/Wheelchair spaces and personal assistant seats were also available for purchase via the Ticketmaster Call Center at the start of the sale. For those unable to secure tickets through the regular sale, the NFL’s OnLocation service will be offering travel packages to Germany. These packages will include not only game tickets but also airfare and additional amenities, providing an alternative way to experience the event.
