‘Pay the Man!’: Kyler Murray’s Agent Believes Aaron Rodgers is Worth More Than $50 Million; Claims Green Bay Is ‘Irrelevant’ Without Him

Packers’ star QB Aaron Rodgers has allegedly placed a massive demand on the Packers’ front office, which might cost the franchise a significant amount of money. The athlete has recently been in the news, this time reports suggest a contract demand of $50 million by the Packers QB.

Amid the Rodgers-Packers contract saga, an NFL agent has voiced his thoughts on the subject. He contends that the three-time league MVP deserves a raise, as they are nothing without Rodgers’ existence in the team.

Recently, Kyler Murray’s agent, Erik Burkhardt, has opined on the ongoing situation through his Twitter account. He had some questions for the Packers organization. And even provided a fascinating viewpoint on the breaking news.

Burkhardt said, “Frankly, [Aaron Rodgers] is worth well more than $50m per… ANNOUNCERS are now making $20m+! To drive to the game, out of harms way, & just talk about QBs/ players! Packers are a top seed contender with Rogers. What are they without him?? 5-6 wins & essentially irrelevant? Pay the man!”

Back-to-back MVP Aaron Rodgers has a career-high stat of 4651 completed passes, 55,360 yards, 93 interceptions, and 449 passing touchdowns in over 213 games. He holds multiple awards in his name and is a 10-time Pro Bowler with one Super Bowl ring to his name. In 2022, Aaron Rodgers is set to get $26 million. And in 2023, his salary will be around $25 million.

The remarks of Agent Burkhardt have sparked a new debate about the scenario. There’s no doubt that he’s telling the truth and making a strong case for Rodgers to close the deal. This might also be a novel method of taking shots over the Cardinals-Murray situation which happened in the recent past.
