After signing the most lucrative contract with the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes bought his dream house. The ten-year extension contract is worth $503 million and is the best in the history of the NFL. Of course, with that kind of money, the Super Bowl-winning player decided to invest in a house. Oh, calling it a house will be an understatement. It is the most charming-looking ranch which was built in 1953.

Mahomes recently married his long-time high school sweetheart, Brittany Matthews, at a scenic location in Maui, Hawaii. The couple also announced their second pregnancy. Their first child, Sterling Skye Mahomes, was born in February 2021. Just days after winning the Super Bowl. To nurture a growing family, a spacious house is a must!

It has three enormous bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and an open floor plan which allows the dwellers to sway. There are seating spaces in the nooks and crannies of the property. Even though the property has modern bones, the family decided to keep the 50s feel to the house.

Patrick Mahomes bought the house for $1.9 million. The price has increased to $2,155,007. The area has many other multi-million dollar houses.

The mansion has a great flow from the seating area to the kitchen. There is a wet place for entertainment. The big enclosed wardrobe doesn’t hide alcohol but only a flat screen. A tour of the house reveals floor-to-ceiling windows that make the house look airy. The house also has three fireplaces. The owner’s room is the largest and occupies 1,250 square with a walk-in closet and a gym.
