It seems Peyton Manning has become an ESTJ personality this off-season. After commenting on Patrick Mahomes‘ team, the Kansas City Chiefs, Manning recently shared his honest reviews on the team led by Aaron Rodgers, the New York Jets.

Peyton Manning, 47, had a successful career in the NFL before his retirement. He played for 18 seasons, spending time with the Indianapolis Colts and the Denver Broncos. Manning achieved great success as a quarterback, winning two Super Bowls during his illustrious career. As an analyst, Manning recently shared his brutally honest views on two teams.

Manning commented on Rodgers’ injury

During an interview with Stephen A. Smith at Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Manning expressed his positive views on Rodgers joining the New York Jets organization. He stated, “I like Aaron Rodgers to the Jets… He’s excited… I like the fact that he knows the system…” Manning also mentioned seeing Rodgers recently at the Kentucky Derby and sensing a rejuvenated spirit in him. He concluded by saying, “I like the Jets this year.

Recently, after enjoying a Taylor Swift concert with other celebrity friends, Rodgers returned to practice with his team. However, fate had different plans for Rodgers the following day when he experienced a calf tweak in his right leg. Currently, Rodgers is undergoing injury rehab. Jets coach Robert Saleh expressed his belief that Rodgers will likely join the Jets’ practice sessions by next week.

Manning wants to see the Kansas City Chiefs being kicked out

In the same interview, Manning also shared his views on Patrick Mahomes and his team, the Chiefs. He expressed his desire for the Chiefs to leave the AFC division this season. Manning stated, via The Spun, “I like my Broncos. I wish the Chiefs would get out of the division.” It appears that Manning is tired of seeing the Chiefs in the AFC West.

Despite Manning’s opinion, Patrick Mahomes remains one of the best quarterbacks in history. The Chiefs have consistently been the dominant team in the AFC West division for the past several years, making it challenging for any opponent to defeat them. Meanwhile, Manning expressed his hope that his former team, the Denver Broncos, will have a successful season. This is particularly important for the Broncos, given their disappointing record of only winning five games last year.
