Patrick Mahomes is certainly enjoying his time as a dad. He is documenting his journey as a first-time dad celebrating every holiday with Baby Sterling. This time the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his fiancee Brittany Matthews took to social media to share the cutest snaps one will find on the internet this festive season.

Daughter Sterling Skye could be seen sporting a handful of cute outfits, and Mahomes could never get enough of it. During an interview with ‘The Drive on 610 Sports Radio’ on Monday, Patrick Mahomes shared his precious moments of celebrating Christmas for the first time as a dad.

“It worked out well for us, and we had a home game that Saturday,” the Kansas City quarterback said. “We had that morning to be with the kids, and do all the gifts and everything. Sterling, I don’t think she understood what Christmas was yet, but she understood she got a lot of toys… She was playing with literally everything. It was fun to see her do that.”

Among her several gifts, one was a black remote-controlled Lamborghini. “It was awesome,” Mahomes explained. He further stated that he can control the car remotely and was safe to use. Although, he believes that it was also a sign of bad parenting since he is already making her accustomed to the wildest luxuries of life. And he further points to Brittany for “putting it in her head.”

Mahomes family plans for the New Year’s Eve

However, Mahomes will be adding a few more memories to his first time as a dad album. Since in a few days, the Mahomes family will be seen celebrating their New Year’s Eve. “I will probably be at home with family,” he said when asked about his plans for the New Year during the interview. “I wish we were able to do something New Year’s Eve-wise, but with COVID and everything like that you kind of have to separate yourself.”

However, he further added that Brittany must have already made plans for them at the house. Mahomes has been the epitome of the best dad in the NFL this year, and he always looks for more ways to give more time and love to her baby daughter.

Another festival went by with another cute Mahomes family photo. And it only seems that the celebration is only going to get better year after year.
