Her lifestyle was unhealthy and proved to be fatal for her. Because of so much pressure, she revealed she went through horrible panic attacks. “It started all in a little plane. You know, I was in Costa Rica and I was flying a six-seater plane and the plane start shaking like a little leaf. I mean, I was like completely a sense of powerless, you know. And I’m a person who always likes to kinda have things under control. That was definitely out of control moment.”

Before meeting Tom Brady, the supermodel had to change herself

That one incident started a fear of small spaces in Gisele Bündchen’s mind. Entering subway elevators scared her. At 22, she hit rock bottom and felt compelled to change herself. At this time, she was with the movie star, Leonardo DiCaprio.

With the help of a naturopath, she cut out dairy, alcohol, cigarettes, grains, caffeine, and sugar. The only thing she could eat was nuts, vegetables, and a small portion of lean meat. Basically, getting rid of anything unhealthy was her plan. And what else didn’t make the cut? Leo. He was gone too.

The detox was successful and clubbing that with meditation. She felt better than ever. Then, in 2006, she met the love of her life, Tom Brady.
