Big Play Rodgers and Big Time Celebration!

After scoring a touchdown in the game which defeated the Bears by 24-14 points, Aaron Rodgers repeatedly yelled: “I own you…I still own you!” at fans seated near the corner of the end zone. He might’ve let out a few words not suitable for children’s listening. Many thought the behavior of the quarterback was insensitive. Many thought it was all in pure fun.

Rodgers laughed at that and said, “I don’t think I was saying that about the entire city; now maybe Soldier Field every fan who was flipping me off; you know that negativity that was kind of coming my way.”  The host then reminded Aaron Rodgers of how it didn’t even come cheap as, “it was a pretty substantial FCC fine that came Fox’s way,” To which the Back-to-Back MVP said nothing.

Aaron Rodgers felt ‘negativity’ at Soldier Field

Rodgers saw a woman sitting in the front row who was giving her the double bird. He then could not control himself and did not seem to remember what came out of his mouth next. Even though he offended many fans by what he said, he reasoned it out in a way to protect himself from the “negativity” that was coming his way.

Other than Brett Favre, no one has ever thrown more touchdown passes than Rodgers’ 55. The aggressiveness was profound in the game. However, that helped Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers to win against their eternal opponents.
