Chargers center Corey Linsley previously played for the Green Bay Packers. He claimed that he already sees glimpses of Aaron Rodgers in Herbert.

The comparison with a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers certainly will mean a lot to Herbert. Corey Linsley has had the opportunity to play with both of them, and he certainly knows that something special is brewing in his current franchise.

Talking about Herbert as compared to Rodgers, Linsley said, “He just has that… ‘I want to be the best that I can be, I want my team to be the best and I’m not going to let anything stop me. … Aaron [Rodgers] has that same… fire, perfectionist-type attitude… that competitive fire inside of him. And, that’s what Justin has.”
