In this year’s event, Robert Griffin III raced alongside several NFL legendary figures. During the race, Griffin raced a 4.48, which was a surprisingly fast time for him. Griffin says “a plethora of teams” had contacted him up after he completed the 40-yard sprint on ‘The Rich Eisen Show’. He also mentions the teams he could join if the opportunity knocks.

He mentions, “I’ve been reached out to from a plethora of teams. Going back home to Texas with the Dallas Cowboys, I know a lot of Washington fans don’t want to hear that, but that would be a great situation for me. The Atlanta Falcons being there with (Marcus) Mariota and (Desmond) Ridder would be a great situation for me. Going to Chicago with Justin Fields to try to help as much as I possibly can in that quarterback room would also be a great situation.”

Will Robert Griffin III be as effective after a two-year hiatus?

Robert Griffin III the No. 2 overall selection in the 2012 draft, last competed for the Baltimore Ravens in 2020. When Lamar Jackson was listed on the reserve/COVID-19 list after Week 12, he started 1 play against Pittsburgh Steelers. Griffin appeared second in 3 years with the Ravens. In 2019, he also started the team’s regular-season finale after they’d already clinched the AFC North championship and the No. 1 postseason spot.

RG3 earned a long-term contract with ESPN to become a college football and NFL pundit in August 2021 after remaining unsigned as a free agent after the 2020 season. Even though expresses his satisfaction with his current situation. However, if the opportunity arose, they recognize that he still has a passion to play. He would always take advantage of it.
