After experiencing a horrible season, the Denver Broncos decided to bring a new and effective coach to their team. The team fired the former coach, Nathaniel Hackett, only after coaching for fifteen games. Then they brought the former New Orleans coach, Sean Payton. Since his arrival, the fans of the franchise have been patiently waiting for him to work his magic. And to do so, the 59-year-old has been trying to bring coaching talents from the team he formerly worked with.

Declan Doyle is another candidate for the Broncos’ tight-end coach position. He served as an offensive assistant for four years with the Saints. The new coach even made an offer to his former longtime offensive line starter, Zach Strief, for an offensive line position. Payton also showed interest in former members of the Saints coaching staff: Kris Richard and Dan Roushar.

Although there are a lot of changes that are happening with the team, the new coach did not give any updates“I know a lot of you have questions about coaches, and I’ll probably not answer any of those questions and just tell you that we’re working hard to put the right staff together,” Payton said. Broncos fans certainly hope that Payton will finally push the team to greatness.
