NFL agent Weiss was also the founder of Dynamic Sports Group, a successful sports agency that he launched in 2019. He represented several notable clients, including Chargers star Austin Ekeler, whom he helped secure a 4 year, $24.5 million contract in 2020. He also worked with NFL trailblazer Michael Sam, Eagles running back Boston Scott, and various professional soccer and baseball players.
