As per Forbes’ Chase Withorn, as of June 2021, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen each held 0.15% and 0.09% of FTX, respectively. It is unknown how much money the ex-couple put into their shareholdings. Brady’s estimated stake was worth $45 million before cryptocurrency prices fell. On the other hand, Bündchen’s stakes were valued at $25 million.

Apart from the equity stake, the Buccaneers QB was also the venture’s brand ambassador. He appeared in FTX’s commercials and was the face of the organization. His ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, was also a part of the Bahamian crypto firm as the Environmental & Social Initiatives advisor. Both of them had active roles in the firm.

TB12 is enthusiastic about such initiatives. Brady’s NFT project, Autograph, is up and going, and he serves as a co-founder. But the Pharaoh was not immune to the effects of the FTX’s bubble pop.

Tom Brady has a lot to deal with these days

It is no surprise that Tom Brady has a lot on his plate. The Bucs struggled in the first half of the season, and the QB1 is coming off a divorce. While the Buccaneers pulled up a comeback win over the LA Rams, it inevitably needs time to recoup. TB12 also acknowledged dealing with many things during the recent episode of Armchair QB alongside Blaine Gabbert.

While responding to a question, TB12 mentioned, “I’ve got too much s–t going on. We’re trying to ya know, get everything done during the day but you don’t get it done during the day. So, you know what, we all got to learn to deal with that.”

Tom Brady does not deny the troubles in his life. But he sure is ready to run over the troubles and stand tall.
