Rob Gronkowski was drafted by New England Patriots in 2010. He was picked in the second round 42nd overall as coach Bill Belichick wanted to strengthen in the tight end department. Over the years, Gronkowski has gone one to win multiple Super Bowls and individual accolades in a career that spans more than a decade now.

His on-field relationship with legendary Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is well-documented. Together, the trio won three Championship rings while playing under the tutelage of coach Belichick. However, Gronkowski dropped a bomb in 2018 when he announced his decision to retire at the age of 29.
