Sean McVay made history as he led the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl victory. He becomes the youngest coach ever to win the Lombardi. Coach made it to the big stage for the second time in five years and got the job done.

But that doesn’t mean he’ll rest or take up a more lucrative, comfortable career. Rather his plans for the next year were being shouted atop the pedestal at the Rams Victory Parade.

McVay, elated and pumped, kept chanting, “Run it back, run it back!” at Aaron Donald, who did not deny retirement rumors after the Super Bowl.

Donald was pumped as well and admittedly ‘a little’ under the influence. The defensive lineman said, “If we could bring the Superteam back, why not run it back? We could be champs again.”

The argument is that he has achieved whatever he could have as an NFL head coach. What is probably left is the acclaim of the ‘greatest coach ever.’ And that would take him at least 10-15 years to achieve.

So, being the energetic and jovial personality that he is, he will surely get a top-notch broadcasting job immediately after retiring. And according to experts, he should consider that as well.

Los Angeles Rams are running it back

But, as far as McVay goes, he has made his plan crystal clear to all Los Angeles Rams fans. He is coming back and making another run at the Lombardi.

McVay has an ace quarterback at the helm, a fierce defensive line, and an All-Pro wide receiver in Kooper Cupp. We haven’t even mentioned 2x Super Bowl winner Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr.

Los Angeles Rams have the pieces in place

They have the elements required to get the job done once again. But repeating a Super Bowl performance is a tall task. Just ask Brady’s Tampa Bay or Mahomes’ Kansas City teams.

Troubles might start as the season furthers and injuries start to occur. A Super Bowl run is a physically intensive ordeal for any team and generally, it is seen that towards the end of the second run, the unavailability of key players becomes a detrimental issue.
