The veteran quarterback and his singer/businesswoman wife Ciara have collectively purchased the priciest residential property in the metro area.

Wilson seems to be breaking records way before he suits up in orange. According to BusinessDen the NFL power couple has bought the sprawling Cherry Hills mansion for a record $25 million. The estate spans 20,060-square-foot which is almost double the size of his Bellevue, Washington mansion (11,104-square-foot) which he recently listed for $36 million this week.

Wilson and his wife Ciara purchased the 10 Cherry Hills Park Drive mansion by Duchess Investments LLC. The quarterback used the same investment company to purchase his Washington residence in 2015, according to GeekWire.

The Cherry Hills mansion was not listed for sale however, Wilson purchased it in an off-market deal. According to realtor.com the 5.34-acre lot was previously listed for $18 million in 2018.
