When the off-season started, it was no surprise to see the Denver Broncos go after an established QB. However, expectations of the QB being Russell Wilson were news for many. After undertaking a massive contract for the player, the team extended his contract through 2028. Further, offering the player a deal worth around $245 million.

However, as things stand, the move has landed the team in to really tough situation.
