The 2020 NFL regular season is scheduled to start on September 3, 2021. The first game will be played at the Raymond James Stadium, home of reigning champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Teams across the league, including the New York Jets, have made some key moves in the summer free agency.
New head coach Robert Saleh and GM Joe Douglas have brought in the likes of DE Carl Lawson, WR Corey Davis, RB Tevin Coleman, DT Sheldon Rankins, CB Justin Hardee, and S Jarrad Davis, amongst others. They will look to further strengthen at the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft.
The Jets own the 2nd overall pick and are looking to bring in a quarterback in place of Sam Darnold. But given their recent draft record, we wonder if the New York-based franchise will break their 6-year jinx in 2021.
