Post-retirement life seems to suit Tom Brady well. While many in the league speculated that the QB would make a restless return to the game, like he did last time, Brady is enjoying his life. But the 40-day retirement mark hasn’t been hit yet. While some fans still believe that the QB could make a potential return, the possibility is very low.

TB12’s second retirement in two years came with a little less buzz. A simple video message from the QB closed the curtain on his 23-year playing career. Now that the offseason is here and Brady has officially hung up the cleats, what has the QB been up to?

Tom Brady shows off his kitchen prowess

Tom Brady seems to be making good on the promises he made last year. During his first retirement, the QB stated that he wanted to focus on his family. His second retirement also reiterated the same plan. As a co-parent to his son Jack with his ex-partner Bridget Moynahan, alongside his two children with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, TB12’s plate is quite full.

When the QB announced his separation from Bündchen in October last year, a large chunk of his public statement was dedicated to the emphasis on their children’s well-being. And from all the social media updates, it seems like TB12 takes his co-parenting responsibilities very seriously.

Recently, Tom Brady took to his Instagram Story to post a picture of something that he had whipped up. Proudly showcasing a plate of waffles followed by a picture of his daughter Vivian alongside her friend, the 7x Super Bowl champion seemed pleased that his skills in the kitchen were being appreciated. He captioned the picture, “A couple satisfied customers ❤️❤️. From the looks of it, the QB has a more hands-on role at present after Bündchen reportedly headed to her home country Brazil for the Carnival.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were the ‘it couple’ in the NFL world for over a decade. While their divorce came as a shock to many, their reported amicable relationship after the public split has put fans at ease.

In the weeks after Brady’s retirement, the QB has often taken to social media to share snippets of his life at home. Most recently, the QB adopted two cats after being convinced by his daughter. Vivian, as it seems, has Brady wrapped around her little finger. TB12 is slowly settling into his post-retirement life. But fans continue to hear from him through his podcast ‘Let’s Go!’ With the QB set to return to the game within a year because of a potential role as an analyst, the future looks bright.
