It was a disaster for the Los Angeles Rams mid-season. Losing three games in a row after acquiring star players like Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr. was proving to be a wrecking deal for coach Sean McVay. The initial stages of the star-packed Rams did not come to fruition right away. But as the season went by, they gained the required momentum. The Rams showed their true colors by December, and now that they have reached the final game, the team is as vibrant as it can be.

Kudos to Sean McVay for carrying a team that is jammed with celebrity players. The head coach set the expected tone in the locker room. A tone that helped celebrity players from clashing against each other. However, as per the coach, it has been much of a collaborative effort from the entire team to weave that culture inside the locker room.
