The figures suggest that the NFC West team, Seattle Seahawks, will be covering the most miles and are scheduled to travel nearly 29,446 miles in 2022.
The franchise will be moving through 34 time zones during this upcoming stretch and will be a challenging situation for their roster.

While the AFC North team, Pittsburgh Steelers, will be covering the fewest miles among all NFL franchises next season. They are scheduled to travel nearly 6,442 miles and will not be leaving the Eastern Time Zone even once. The Steelers will be hosting any team located in other time zones next season, in stark contrast to the fortunes of the Seahawks.
