When Tom Brady retired for 41 days in the previous off-season, many rumors surrounding the Dolphins wanting to bag California Cool as their starting quarterback and also as their minority owner rose. Because contacting an athlete who is not a free agent is illegal. A team cannot talk or reach out to the player. Or it will face severe punishments.
