Former NFL linebacker and Herbie Husker football player Will Compton gets emotional about his career. He made the announcement on September 3, 2023, through his podcast, “Bussin’ With The Boys,” which is part of Barstool Sports. Compton spent five years in the NFL, all with the Washington Commanders, after leaving college football in Nebraska.
In his retirement statement, he cheekily mentioned “See you in Canton, OH,” a nod to the Pro Football Hall of Fame located in Canton, Ohio. It’s safe to say probably he’s not expecting a Hall of Fame induction.
