Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was on the defensive on Twitter as users were seen trolling his fiancee Brittany Matthews. The 2019 Super Bowl champion was calling out some of the haters of his extrovert fiancee who has had a hard time on Twitter for her antics this season. The recent batch of tweets against her was based on interaction during the Baylor-Texas Tech basketball game courtside.

NFL fans were seen trolling her for making faces after talking to Mahomes. It led to many fans playing the guessing game at the couple’s expense. Some of the messages were in sympathy towards Mahomes as many believe he is not happy with her antics.
After seeing some of the reactions, he took to Twitter, stating, “Man people are weird… love you, babe.” It was a heartwarming response from the Chiefs QB for Brittany.

It was also a subtle way of shutting down some absurd conspiracy theory tweets. While Brittany might be annoying for some NFL fans, the extent to which some fans were speculating felt too personal for Mahomes and his family.

While it is understandable that fans are unhappy with his fiancee and her antics, they need to understand that she is the biggest supporter through it all. She has been with Patrick for a long time, and her extravagant celebrations of his success are adorable. All the fans should be happy for both of them and their strong bond.
