Jalen Hurts has established himself as an elite QB in the NFL. He is a trailblazer as a running QB. But he is also a trailblazer in other aspects of his sporting life. The Eagles QB has a woman agent to represent him; Nicole Lynn of Klutch Sports Group. And in an interview, Hurts revealed the best qualities that made him sign her as his agent.

Hurts saw Lynn’s experience, work ethic and the sense of trust she evoked in him despite everyone telling him that she is a woman, the QB told Sports Illustrated last year. He said, “People are going to doubt her because she’s a woman in this industry. There was a sense of doubt. Why is she doing this? Can she represent a quarterback? What’s she going to do with him?”

Lynn reached out to the QB through Instagram to see if she had a shot to represent him as he entered the NFL draft a few years ago. She got it and here she is, about to represent a quarterback in the Super Bowl on February 12. Sometimes a leap of faith works out the best.
