The Super Bowl LVII will take place after less than a month. As much as the NFL world was excited to know which teams would advance to the playoffs, they were also jubilant to know which artist would perform in the halftime show. A few months ago, billionaire artist and makeup mogul, Rihanna, dropped a picture holding a pigskin. Fans knew right away what that meant. And now on Friday, the ‘Umbrella’ singer uploaded a preview on her social media accounts.

Fans clamored under the posts and expressed their happiness as their beloved singer gave an update to them.

Rihanna is ready to rock the halftime show

The Grammy-winning singer wore a neon green faux fur cape over a black jumpsuit, making her look fabulous. She walks towards the camera as new reporters talk about her in voice-over style. One says, “It’s been 2,190 days.” And another person says, “Rihanna, where have you been?… We’ve been waiting for you!”

Then at the end of the clip, she places her finger on her lips. The 34-year-old singer released her last album, ‘Anti’, in 2016. Since then, her fans have patiently waited for her to create new music.

Rihanna’s last live performance was in 2018 at the Grammy Awards. Fans will see her perform on stage once again after she turned down an opportunity to perform at the Super Bowl in 2019.

She confessed that she was feeling nervous at the thought of performing live once again. It has the potential to become the most-watched halftime show because RiRi is finally ending her musical break.
