Since then, both celebrity figures have decided to move on with their lives. Their prime priority remains their children. And Gisele has invested in some top-notch Miami real estate with a pool, home theatre, and a gym.

Gisele put up $11.5 million of her modeling career fortune and bought a mansion right opposite to former husband Tom Brady’s future Miami house. There were rumors that Bündchen bought the property when Tom Brady announced his comeback from retirement after 40 days of his announcement. However, it has since come out that the deal for the mansion was closed in the first week of October this year, a month before their divorce finalization.

Gisele Bündchen reportedly started living on her own months before their divorce settlement. The Brazilian supermodel has been planning the interiors of her mansion long before the construction ended. And Bündchen is in full swing, getting her single life pad ready. DailyMail spotted the former Victoria’s Secret model instructing workers and getting her patio ready before moving to the interior of the 6600-square-foot five-bedroom mansion.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is building his future post-retirement home on Indian Creek Island. And ex-wife and mother of his two children, Gisele has decided to flaunt her new property right across the waterway from Brady’s home. However, there are no petty reasons behind this major life decision. The former power couple isn’t just trying to spite each other. The real reason for the proximity is the kids – Benjamin and Vivian Lake.

As part of the final divorce settlements, Brady and Bündchen share a co-parenting plan for their children. Tom Brady also has another son from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan. However, Jack was not part of the divorce custodial arrangement. Both parents living a swim away from each other will help the children transition better during this sensitive period. Bündchen will be on Surfside, while Brady will be relaxing on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay.
