The police did not observe any visible signs of injury on the body of the complainant. She complained of pain in the arm due to taking a fall, but refused any medical attention from the authorities.

Omenihu recorded his statement with the police and cooperated with the authorities. Police served an emergency protective order to Omenihu. So, he can’t go near the woman in question in the near future.
