The upcoming 2020 season will be a challenging one for Sean Payton’s New Orleans Saints. The Drew Brees-led outfit had a productive 2019 season in which they were crowned NFC South Division champions for the fourth consecutive season. Teddy Bridgewater served as a more than dependable backup after he led the Saints to a five-game winning streak between Week three to seven with Brees out injured.

This year Brees will have two swashbuckling quarterbacks to keep him on his toes. Jameis Winston comes in from NFC South rivals Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, there is another quarterback in New Orleans who is eager to learn from 41-year old Drew Brees.

“There were false starts on the offensive line, there were miscommunications between the receivers and Tom Brady. To sum it up, there was a miscommunication between him and Rob Gronkowski. There’s been a lot of balls thrown from Tom Brady to Rob Gronkowski over the years. Does it mean that they’re all trying to work things out? Hill further added, “Right now is kind of a special time for me, where I can hone in, really learn from Drew [Brees] on the field, really learn from the coaches, be coached hard. And it is a really fun time for me to do that. It’s a little disappointing not having preseason games for a guy like me, because it really is an opportunity to make sure that I’m getting live, game-time reps. But I think for now, the focus is on treating every practice rep I get like it’s a game situation.”
