Ferrari, returning after a 50-year absence, claimed the pole position. The race was won by the #7 Toyota GR010 – Hybrid, driven by Jose Maria Lopez, Kamui Kobayashi, and Mike Conway. They completed 397 laps, matching Audi’s 2010 record. This marked Toyota’s fifth consecutive victory at Le Mans.

Notably, LeBron James served as the honorary starter, a role reserved for celebrities and sports stars. Charles Leclerc showed his support for Ferrari, while Tom Brady attended as a passionate motorsport fan.

As the race commenced, LeBron James proudly waved the French flag, signaling the start of the thrilling competition. Not far behind, Charles Leclerc maneuvered through the grid, showcasing his prowess and dedication while also capturing a supportive video message for Ferrari.

Tom Brady, immersed in the excitement, closely observed the race and gladly engaged with fans and drivers, readily posing for memorable photographs. The event also saw the presence of other notable figures such as Michael Fassbender and Patrick Dempsey, both distinguished actors and accomplished racing drivers.

According to sources, Tom Brady appears to be the sole NFL star present at the event. Perhaps his attendance aimed to endorse his Brady brand, which sponsored a Porsche Hypercar in the race. He graciously posed for photos with fans and relished the entire occasion.

Today, Brady shared a message on Instagram: “Look I was never known for my speed, couldn’t outrun nose tackles, so I came out to Le Mans to try another sport and see what it feels like to pass someone. I’m still hiding in the back of the garage, gonna try to slip into the car at the next stop. If you see this beauty upside down you know who’s fault it was.”

Moreover, Brady Brand has an interesting partnership as the official apparel partner for the Jota Sport hypercar racing team, alongside Hertz Racing Gold and Singer Vehicle Design. On March 1, 2023, they announced this collaboration and revealed the new Hertz Racing Gold livery on the Porsche 963 LMDh race car, prominently displaying the Brady logo.
