The NFL quest for Colin Kaepernick could have a new twist in the works. His talks with the Seahawks came to a halt. On the other hand, Las Vegas Raiders hosting him for a tryout could really mean something. An SB champ recently shared his views about how Kap is useful for PR and might be a key addition to the Raiders.

2x Super Bowl Champ Gives Honestly Brutal Take On Colin Kaepernick

The ESPN analyst mentions, “Now in the league, it won’t cost you money. You won’t have to answer to your sponsors, and you won’t have to answer to your fans if Colin Kaepernick gets a workout. And that’s why it’s okay. This has nothing to do with his skill, nothing to do with his viability or his or his ability to play on your team. This is simply a time when they feel it’s at least okay to bring him in. It’ll be good for PR to say we at least tried that things will have to change.”

Interestingly, Kap is well versed with the Raiders’ offensive coordinator, Mick Lombardi. Both he and the QB spent time in the 49ers for 4 years. Moreover, owner Mark Davis came out in his support and called himself a Kaepernick believer.

Associates aside, Colin is in the buzz. If we go buy his workouts, he could be the next big deal after Marcus Mariota. The QB looks rather fresh and isn’t beaten up over any injuries. With that being said, Colin Kaepernick looks ready to rumble.
