The era of Cam Newton came to a standstill in the NFL. The free agent QB1 could not get a franchise to keep his career running in the past season. But it looks like he is not ready to halt his career for good. Newton would present his throwing skills on display at his old stomping grounds, Auburn University. But he made a request to his college football team, which comprises some prominent faces.

After the Carolina Panthers and the New England Patriots, no teams have reached out to Cam Newton for his services. Injury concerns have held the quarterback which led to the franchises not pursuing him this year. But Superman is not letting his hopes down and would head to Auburn’s Pro Day for a chance to bounce back in the league.

Ahead of the Pro Day, Cam Newton kept a proposal to Auburn Tigers Football. He took to Instagram Stories and requested to have some tracks from Future, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, Jeezy, and Lil Baby on repeat during the workout sessions.

The request made by the former NFL MVP might look strange. But he probably wants to stay in some hip-hop vibe while the sessions. It’s no secret that Cam Newton’s capabilities are insanely popular. He led the Carolina Panthers to a Super Bowl trip. However, the injuries took a toll on his playing capabilities, which led to his eventual release.

However, the layoff did not de-motivate Superman, as he was seeking to make a grand comeback. He had a terrific season in 2015 that helped him earn the NFL Honors as the Most Valuable Player. Amidst injury concerns that led to no teams pursuing him so far, the athlete seeks to wind back to the top and is enthusiastic to showcase his potential.

The former Panthers and Patriots quarterback looks ready to head back to the turf after his absence. While making the official announcement with a 54-second video from a football practice zone, the free-agent quarterback dripped with tenacity. The video clip has 2.2 Million views as of this writing.

In the video, Newton said, “Tell me how these randoms keep getting jobs. Don’t worry about it. I’m going to show you. I can’t wait to show you.” He concluded the video by saying, “ain’t 32 [quarterbacks] better than me,” with a smile on his face.

It is yet to see if any franchise takes a chance on Superman.
