We all know how the American media is constantly analyzing and scrutinizing these youngsters. This is exactly why Colts star Darius Leonard has issued a warning to these kids ahead of this month’s 2021 NFL Draft which begins on April 29.

“This draft class talks too much for me! Let your work do the talking cause if you’re doing all this talking to the media or in social media and you don’t perform like you expect yourself to these media guys going to use it against ya! Keep ya mouth closed and grind! That’s it!” Leonard wrote on his official Twitter handle earlier this week.

There’s no doubt that this draft class is blessed with some skilled quarterbacks. But it also includes a Heisman Trophy-winning wide receiver, a top-class offensive lineman, and record-setting running backs. The future is in good hands from an NFL perspective.

But all this noise will mean nothing if these youngsters don’t achieve their maximum potential. So it’s time to reduce the chit-chat and focus on the grind. Big year coming up for these kids and we couldn’t be more excited for them!
