The Bucs were languishing at the bottom of the NFC South before the arrival of 6-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady in the summer of 2020. The aging quarterback ended his 20-year association with New England Patriots in the hunt for a new challenge.

His search led him to the sunny beaches of Florida. Brady signed an initial two-year deal with Tampa Bay to play under coach Bruce Arians. The 43-year old veteran led the Bucs to an amazing Super Bowl LV triumph. They became the first team in NFL history to lift a Lombardi Trophy on home soil in front of a limited set of fans.

Tom Brady diet plan and Super Bowl workout routine explained

In a recent interview later in January, Tom Brady spoke about his ‘super-secret workout schedule and his diet plan, which he follows as if it were written in the bible!

“The regimen I follow is a mix of Eastern and Western philosophies. Some of these principles have been around for thousands of years. My nutritional regimen may seem restrictive to some people, but to me it feels unnatural to eat any other way.”

“Many people have conditioned their bodies to a nutritional regiment made up of lots of white or pale-looking foods—french fries, potato chips, white bread, chicken nuggets—that don’t exist in nature,” Brady said via Men’s Health.

The 3-time NFL MVP elaborated about his diet in his 2017 book, The TB12 Method. The average NFL fan will label Brady’s diet plan as ‘strict’ at the very least. The man is definitely a model for self-control.

His TB12 brand is on the rise and stocks continue to purge upwards on a consistent basis.
