The Mahomes household has had an awfully busy offseason. Just a month back, Patrick Mahomes, led the Kansas City Chiefs to their second Super Bowl victory in four years, but he’s not the only MVP in the family. His better half, Brittany Mahomes, has been captain of the ship back home.

Adding to the excitement, the power couple welcomed their second child, the adorable Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, into the world on November 28, 2022. Being a parent is never easy, and taking care of a newborn is a whole other ballgame but Brittany seems to be handling it all like a pro. Despite the sleepless nights and endless diaper changes, Brittany seems to be thriving in her role as a mother.

Sharing a smiling picture of herself, Brittany wrote, “The face of a parent who got 10 hours of sleep and my four months old is still sleeping. Moved him to the Merlin sleep sack recently and then dropped the dream feed two nights ago and he’s just been perfect!

Brittany along with both of her kids was in attendance during the historic Super Bowl 2023 game, cheering on her husband Patrick Mahomes. Brittany felt that preparing her kids for the Super Bowl game was a huge task, especially with their newborn, Bronze.

The biggest challenge was packing all their stuff and making sure we had everything we needed for them for a week. Two kids is a lot of luggage, making sure you don’t forget everything.

Brittany attended the previous Super Bowl game while being eight months pregnant, back in 2021. While both experiences have been ‘totally different’ for Brittany, she wouldn’t want the whole thing any other way.

Fatherhood changed Patrick Mahomes

In addition to being the youngest QB to be named the Super Bowl MVP, Patrick Mahomes wears the title of a proud dad as well. The father of two seems utterly focused on his footballing career and relishing every moment spent with his kids.

During an interaction with PEOPLE, Mahomes shared the impact fatherhood has had on him as a man.

Mahomes understands the commitment his wife, Brittany has made to the family and is extremely appreciative of her. “Brittany has helped out a ton being a champion mom, and so it’s been a lot of fun and to be able to come home every single day and see her

Looks like the MVP currently wants nothing more than time to slow down as he savors every moment with his family.
