The former power couple has purchased plots in Miami to provide their kids with convenient access to both of their parents’ homes. It appears that Bündchen’s dream has now come true. The separation of the NFL’s most beloved couple took place in October of last year, but signs of their 13-year marriage breaking had emerged earlier when Brady took a brief leave from the Buccaneers camp for personal reasons.

Their primary connection now revolves around their children, Benjamin and Vivian. However, another reason for their proximity has surfaced. With her significant investment in a lavish mansion just after their split up, the Victoria’s Secret angel has now become Brady’s neighbor.

Gisele Bündchen’s mansion plan finalized before the divorce?

After announcing her separation from Tom Brady on October 28, supermodel Gisele Bündchen acquired a house in the Miami Beach area, conveniently located across the creek from Brady’s under-construction mansion at the time. In February 2022, several months before their split, she purchased an Art Deco-style cottage in the small town of Surfside for $1.25 million. Subsequently, the $400 million model secured an $11.5 million residence within swimming distance of Brady’s home, which was undergoing renovations.

This built-up lavish mansion came with a hefty price tag of $28.5 million. In 2020, Brady and Bündchen invested in a $17 million plot of land on Indian Creek Island, known as “Billionaire Bunker” due to its affluent residents, including Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and other celebrities. They demolished the existing 5,772-square-foot home and embarked on constructing an eco-friendly mansion in its place.

Finally, the Vogue award-winning model has completed her new mansion, near Brady’s bachelor pad, and recent sightings show her in the process of moving in.

Following her separation from Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen recently visited her new home in Miami, Florida, to oversee the renovations. More recently, the renowned supermodel was also seen personally moving essential belongings into her new lavish residence.

Bündchen was actively carrying many boxes into her luxurious mansion a couple of days ago. The runway model’s new home offers five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, multiple terraces, a gymnasium and a playroom.

Her expansive 6,600-square-foot property also includes an outdoor pool and a dock that provides a scenic view of Brady’s Billionaire Bunker. They will now have convenient access to care for their children, Benjamin and Vivian, simultaneously. While they are no longer together, fans can still see them in the same vicinity.
