Since her split from Tom Brady last year, after 13 years of marriage, Bündchen has been co-parenting their two adorable kids, including Vivian and their 13-year-old son Benjamin. Just the other day, she was photographed picking up Benjamin from school, wrapping him in a loving embrace, and planting a kiss on his head.

Now that the environmental activist has settled into her new Miami abode, she’s just a hop and skip from her kids. Her new home in Surfside offers a view of the former Patriots‘ manse in Indian Creek, with a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay. As the distance makes it easy for the former couple to co-parent, the maven’s new pad is also a sight to behold.

The Blonde beauty reportedly eyed this property back in August last year, even before officially announcing her separation from Brady. Situated on an 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot, this place boasts 25-foot ceilings, numerous terraces, and breathtaking views of the wide waterway and Indian Creek Island. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, it’s fit for a queen.

But wait, there’s more! You’ll also find a sprawling outdoor pool, a home theater, an office, a gym, a playroom, and a kitchen that opens up to a charming patio. This property has been under renovation for over a year, and it’s located on a private cul-de-sac, keeping the Peeping Toms at bay. As the model settles into her new abode, she is also hitting strides in her career. The supermodel continues to add feathers to her crown.
